Pink Floyd is involved in a new legal dispute.  The BBC Online says the classic rockers' suit against their record label focuses on digital sales, including the selling individual tracks from albums and the band's royalties from these downloads.  At the first hearing this week attorney Robert Howe, who is representing Pink Floyd, noted that band members want, quote, "to know where they stand as a matter of contract."  Focusing on the issue of selling album tracks individually, Howe explained that EMI is arguing that it, quote, "only applies to the physical product and does not apply online," which he said, quote, "makes no commercial sense" and violates the band's agreement with the label.  Pink Floyd's recently launched case is expected to be a lengthy ordeal.
