The Morning Grind Radio Show with Mike Johnson.
I knew when I grew up I was going to be some kind of entertainer. Although I was a class clown, I also knew once I graduated I would lose my audience. So out of High School and into college I took classes that might help me prepare for performing. I landed in a television performance class with Tim Allen and the rest is history… he went on to fame and fortune, and I got a job as line cook in one of my Fathers restaurants. Keeping the cooks job I was able to commute to LA and attend the coveted Lee Strasburg School of Method Acting. From that training I was able to pick up a few small movie parts, and joined the Screen Actors Guild before finally deciding the restaurant business wasn’t so bad after all.
Now, after a career of over 40 years in the restaurant and bar business (the business I still am in), a friend of mine and I decided to talk to the van about a show idea. Careful what you wish for because now The Morning Grind is on every Saturday Morning from 7:30 to 9:00, right here on 92.7 the van
