An 80-year old Grass Lake Township man is recovering from injuries after he shot himself with a handgun. The gun discharged inside a home on Maute Road around seven last (Monday) night. Police believe the gun went off while the man was cleaning it, striking him in the hand. His injuries aren’t believed to be life-threatening.
