(Holland, MI - WHTC News) - For a third straight day, the Lakeshore is under an Air Quality Alert, after having just two for the summer prior to the current heat wave. It’s another day in which passengers on Holland’s MAX Transit fixed bus routes can ride for free in an effort to cut down on emissions. Officials of the mass transit service say that six new Arboc Mobility buses will be put into service by mid-September, thanks to federal stimulus funds.
