(Douglas, MI - WHTC News) - Before participating in St. Patrick’s Day festivities this afternoon, Douglas city officials have some business to attend to this morning. Five persons – Greg Janik of Saugatuck, Ryan Kilpatrick of Grand Rapids, Bill Lefevre of Eaton Rapids, Brent Morgan of Owosso, and Margaret Mullendore of Buchanan – will go before the city council, explaining why they should be chosen to replace the departing David Kowal as City Manager. Up to three of them will be brought back for a second set of interviews next Saturday.
