(Livonia, MI) -- Governor Granholm’s hometown of Livonia has landed on a list of the country's most infamous speed traps. The National Motorists Association took reports from users on its Web site and identified localities with the most reported speed zones in each state. Livonia's mentions topped all Michigan cities by users. Police Chief Robert Stevenson said residents appreciate that traffic safety laws are enforced in his city.
