LANSING, Mich (WQTX)  A Livingston County man found earlier this month with bomb-making items and a ‘military style’ bullet-proof vest has waived his preliminary hearing.  48-year old Richard McCleod of Brighton Township will head back to court October 6th—he faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and unlawful possession of body armor.  McLeod was stopped for speeding near M52 and Highview Drive in Leroy Township—he faces up to 5-years in prison, if convicted.
