Sheboygan, Wis.(WHBL) - The Sheboygan County Clerk's office began recounting the Sheboygan County vote in the race for Supreme Court Justice. Tabulators gathered this morning on the 3rd floor of the County Administration Building to begin the process which is expected to take at least a week. The statewide recount is expected to cost a million dollars. County Clerk Julie Glancey estimated it will cost Sheboygan County at least $8000.
