Madison, Wi (WSAU) Menomonie High School quarterback Neico Stokke was named the coaches association's offensive player-of-the-year today. And linebacker Vince Biegel of Wisconsin Rapids is the top defensive player. Both are seniors -- and they highlighted the coaches' all-state teams. Wisconsin Rapids will play Kenosha Bradford for the Division-One state title on Friday afternoon in Madison. Joe Schulte of Lancaster was named the assistant coach-of-the-year. He'll lead his team into the Division-Five title game on Thursday. The coach-of-the-year will be named after the state finals.
