CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WKZO) -- Warrants have been issued naming 17-year-old Jason Logan as the Athens High School student suspected of accosting a middle school student on school property nearly two weeks ago. The Calhoun County Prosecutor will formally charge Logan with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the fourth degree sometime today.
He was arrested yesterday. The middle school student reported the inappropriate sexual conduct to the principal, who contacted police and suspended the student. Last night the school board voted to expel him permanently.
