KALAMAZOO, MI (WHTC) - The man accused of second-degree murder in the drunken driving death of Hope College graduate Justin Bailey and passenger Mark Angelocci in a suburban Kalamazoo crash last June will not contest three lesser charges. Bret Frame will be sentenced on April 23rd on counts of malicious destruction and obstructing as he resisted arrest following the incident in which his pickup allegedly slammed Bailey’s car with such force that it vaulted the smaller vehicle into a tree. Frame goes on trial on the murder charges next month.
