ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - A 32-year-old Dorr man will serve 10 months in jail, be on probation for five years and wear an alcohol monitoring device. Jesse Vogt was given that sentence in Allegan County Circuit Court after a drunken driving conviction in the death of 14-year-old Troy Tolan last June. Authorities say that Vogt’s condition overrode evidence that the youngster had been weaving in and out of 142nd Avenue on his bike prior to being hit.
