MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) - It’s a suspended jail sentence, probation, community service, and fines for Jeremy Griffin, the 33-year-old Muskegon area man who didn’t contest charges stemming from last February’s crash along US-31 just north of the I-96 junction that killed 19-year-old Corey McNett of West Olive. Griffin was distracted while driving his snow plow and struck McNett as he was servicing his disabled vehicle on the road shoulder.
