Jean K. Westenfelder, age 73, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021.
Jean was born May 17, 1947, in Grand Haven, MI to Glendon and Cornelia Pickard. She was a person of faith who loved her family, and especially her grandchildren. She was an avid Tigers fan who enjoyed listening to or watching practically every game, enjoyed traveling with her husband and seeing the country during his truck driving trips, and enjoyed working at a Senior Day Care later in life.
She was preceded in death by her husband David Westenfelder, Sr.; her parents, and her brother Glenn Pickard.
Jean is survived by her children, Scott Springstead (Amy), Sean Springstead (Mary Ann), and Shelly Danieli (Thomas); 6 grandchildren; sister Muriel Pickard; sister-in-law Lynn Pickard; close friend Ken Mills; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Private services are being planned for a later date. The burial will be in Reaman Cemetery.
