She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, whom she described as the love of her life. Their devotion to one another was an inspiration to their family and friends. Maureen will be missed by her children: Terri (Gregg) Ladomersky, Tim (Karen) Cooke, Paul (Janice) Cooke, Mike (Amy) Cooke, 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, brother Jack Charles, brother-in-law, David Cooke, and many nieces and nephews.
Maureen’s life held many joyful moments, as well as challenging times. Through it all, she clung to her love and belief in Jesus. One of her greatest joys was spending time at the beach with her grandchildren when they were young. She will be remembered for the love and support she gave her family. She modeled faith, strength, kindness, and love for others. We will miss her but are grateful that she will no longer experience the fear, confusion, and sadness of dementia.
