HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Nov. 3, 2023) – Planning ahead for the holidays is more than shopping for gifts and stocking up on food.
In Holland, getting a look at a new annual tradition is also something to prepare for in advance. Tickets went on sale this past Wednesday for the second “Magic at the Mill” synchronized light and music show at Windmill Island. Slated to run Friday and Saturday evenings during the first three weekends in December, an electronic tulip field of a thousand LED blossoms will highlight an overall experience that includes lights on the DeZwaan Windmill and the park grounds, as well as attractions such as the carousel, street organ and shops being open. The Dutch Sinterklaas will also greet the young and young at heart, and there will be snacks and beverages on sale.
City Manager Keith Van Beek says that, as the early bird gets the worm, getting tickets now for the limited attendance engagement is highly recommended.
