HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 21, 2025) – The high school graduation season along the Lakeshore began on Tuesday night.
The Class of 2025 for both Holland High and Holland Christian High received their diplomas at separate venues. While the Maroons were at Central Wesleyan Church, the Dutch were at DeVos Fieldhouse. Holland School Superintendent Nick Cassidy had the look of a proud papa.
Audio PlayerDeVos Fieldhouse will continue to be busy the next two evenings, with Zeeland West’s commencement on Wednesday night, and Zeeland East’s 24 hours later.
On Thursday evening, the area’s four other public high schools will have their graduation ceremonies on their campuses – West Ottawa, Hamilton, Saugatuck and Fennville. Next Thursday evening, Black River Public School and Calvary Schools of Holland seniors get their diplomas.
