HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 23, 2025) – There will be a new artistic director for the Holland Chorale this fall.
Dr. Phillip Moody was announced this week as the new man with the baton, replacing Dr. Patrick Coyle, who is stepping down after nine years. Moody comes to Holland with over 25 years experience as a professional conductor and vocalist, and has more than 20 commercial recordings to his credit.
Both Moody and Coyle will be on hand for the Chorale’s first-ever Summer Sing, set for Sunday, June 8th at 2 PM in the Holland Armory (16 W. 9th St.). All area singers are invited to rehearse the day before (Sat. Jun. 7) from 10 AM-12:30 PM at First Reformed Church (630 State St.).
