Don was born in Grand Rapids April 2, 1942 to Floyd and Pansy (Warner) Kaylor. He attended Gibson Christian Reformed Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. Don worked for Bohn Aluminum/Hydro for many years prior to retiring and volunteered for Heritage Homes, helping build houses within the community. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary on August 1, 2006.
Don is survived by his son Donald Jr. (Melissa) Kaylor; daughter Jeri (Les) Loranzan; four grandchildren, Jared and Liam Kaylor, Shana and Erik Pitcher; great grandson Dominic; many extended family and friends.
A graveside service with military honors will be 2:00 pm Friday, June 6, 2025 at Gibson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to Trinity Health at Home Grand Haven Hospice, 1027 South Beacon Blvd., Grand Haven, MI 49417.
