OLIVE TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Nov. 7, 2025) – The drivers involved in a two-vehicle crash in West Olive on Friday afternoon were hospitalized.
No names were mentioned by Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Alex DeJong following the incident around 2 PM at the intersection of 120th Avenue and Stanton Street. It appeared that a 37-year-old West Olive woman, driving an eastbound SUV, drove through a stop sign and rolled over onto its side, after being struck by a southbound sedan, driven by a 41-year-old Holland woman. While the two drivers involved were taken to undisclosed “area hospitals” with non-life threatening injuries, a nine-year girl, who was a passenger in the SUV, was treated for bumps and bruises at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
