BLENDON TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Dec. 4, 2025) – A 47-year-old Hudsonville man was injured in a two-vehicle, head-on crash west of Hudsonville on Thursday morning.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Michael Tamminga, the unnamed man was driving a sedan westbound on Port Sheldon Street, approaching 56th Avenue around 7:15 AM, when his vehicle was struck by an eastbound Jeep, driven by a 31-year-old Hudsonville man, that apparently lost control and crossed the center line. Rescuers had to extricate the injured motorist from his car, and he was taken by LIFE EMS to an undisclosed “local hospital” for treatment of serious but not life-threatening injuries. The other driver was not hurt.
No names or other circumstances about the incident were disclosed as an investigation continues.
