HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Two people were hurt Monday afternoon in a car motorcycle crash in Georgetown Township, at the Baldwin Street and Schoolside Drive intersection.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies learned a 71-year-old Hudsonville woman had stopped at the stop sign on Schoolside Drive, waiting to turn east on Baldwin Street, but pulled into the intersection and hit the motorcycle, on which a 31-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were riding.
The two on the motorcycle were wearing helmets and went by LIFE Ambulance to Spectrum-Zeeland Hospital with what police called non-life threatening injuries. The Hudsonville woman was not physically injured. The crash, which happened just before 2 p.m .Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, remains under investigation.
