HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — An 18-year-old Holland man is recovering from stab wounds suffered after an attack at Leisure Estates, 523 Butternut Drive, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Michael Hallmeyer.
Police were called just before 5 p.m Christmas Eve, Hallmeyer said, in an email to media.. The injured man went by ambulance to Holland Hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening stab wound to the midsection, according to Hallmeyer.
Police arrested a 54-year-old Holland man at the scene, and Hallmeyer indicated he is in Ottawa County Jail awaiting arraignment.
The two men are related, and has argued about a financial issue before the stabbing, according to police.
