HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 11, 2026) – Do you want to bring the color and splendor of the star of the Tulip Time Festival home?
No, it is not legal to cut down the tulips when they do blossom later this month around Holland, but festival officials will conduct an annual Potted Tulip Sale. What is being offered is 10-inch pots, which contains 10 tulip bulbs ready to bloom into a vibrant, surprise color, and can be reused and replanted for future seasons. Colors are selected at random, cannot be chosen in advance, and exchanges are not permitted.
Purchases made online, and picked up at the City of Holland’s Parks Department headquarters (429 E. 24th St.) on Monday and Tuesday, will go towards supporting the non-profit festival. The 97th renewal of Holland’s annual signature event runs from May 1st through the 10th.
