ZEELAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 18, 2026) – Two public hearings ahead of Brownfield Plan votes are planned for Monday night’s biweekly Zeeland City Council meeting.
One is for a proposed three-story, 27,461 square-foot, mixed use building at 17 East Main Avenue, which would be built at a cost of $7 million. The other is for JB Automation’s planned reconstruction of a site at 800 East Riley Street for its new 286,000 square-foot headquarters, at a cost of $72.8 million.
A 6 PM Work-Study Session is ahead of the 7 PM Zeeland City Council business meeting, both in Chambers at Zeeland City Hall (21 S. Elm St.). An online link to the agenda and supporting documents is here.
