Connie (Slagh) Geertman, 73, of West Olive, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Medilodge of Zeeland.
Connie was born November 9, 1952, in Holland, Michigan, to Conrad and Delila (Tap) Slagh. She attended West Ottawa Schools. She has been a lifetime member of Ottawa Reformed Church.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband Egbert. She is survived by her three daughters: Beth and Mike Bruins, Tracy Ponstein, Katie and Paul Berry, eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; siblings: Sandy and June Geertman, Dee and Dale Veldheer, Cindy and Britt Sipe, Rick Slagh; in-laws: Bernice Berens and Lynn Geertman.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, June 15, 2026, at Ottawa Reformed Church, 11390 Stanton Street, West Olive, MI 49460
