HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jun. 18, 2026) – Downtown Holland officials are hoping that the second time will be the charm on Thursday night.
After inclement weather compelled them to cancel the scheduled opening of the weekly summer Street Performer Series seven days ago, clear skies are predicted for the revised lidlifter of the popular attraction that closes down 8th Street from Columbia to River avenues.
This event has come a long way since its inception in 2005, according to Kara de Alvare, Marketing Coordinator for Downtown Holland.
The Holland Street Performer Series, which runs from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, is scheduled to be held every Thursday evening through August 13th.
