CASCO TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 17, 2026) – No injuries were reported when a greenhouse north of South Haven went up in flames on Sunday evening.
Members of South Haven Area Emergency Services were called to 111th Avenue east of 68th Street around 5:45 PM. They found the structure engulfed in flames and moved quickly to not only bring the blaze under control, but to keep the fire from spreading to other nearby greenhouses on the property.
No dollar estimate of damage sustained in the blaze, or a cause of the fire, were immediately determined as the incident remains under investigation.
