HOLLAND, MI (WHTC, Oct. 28, 2026) – The Holland City Council will be looking at several issues during its biweekly study session on Wednesday night.
The governing panel will review the results from a bike lane demos project, in which the streets department installed a trial bike lane on 22nd Street, from Columbia to Ottawa avenues, over a two-week-long period from July 22nd, through August 5th.
The members will also discuss a comprehensive capital improvement plan for Windmill Island Gardens, which had its second-most attendance in 2026, according to City Manager Keith Van Beek.
Council will also be updated on the city’s long-term financial forecast.
No final decisions will be made during the 6 PM Holland City Council study session, in the second floor Training Room of Holland City Hall (270 S. River Ave.). The public is welcome to attend and make comments before the council members work on their agenda.
