HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 6, 2026) – A byproduct of the wintry weather along the Lakeshore has been the warm reception for the Holland Community Ice Park.
Since the $11.3 million complex opened on November 14th, it has been seeing banner crowds, according to Assistant City Manager Matt Van Dyken, who has been the point man for the project.
Advance reservations are required for the 700-foot-long ribbon, the main circular pond, and the adjacent curling sheet at the Holland Community Ice Park, with an online link here. The facility is open six days a week (Mondays are maintenance days), with operations set to run through at least March 15th, depending on the weather.
