Nancy Jo (Wheaton) Hume
5.12.1943 – 2.5.2026
On February 5, Nancy left her earthly home and entered into her eternal life in Heaven.
Nancy was born and raised in Holland, Michigan, where she lived her entire life.
Nancy was a selfless, content, soft-spoken, and loving woman. She was an amazing mother to her two sons. She overflowed with love for them, and they loved her just as much. Nancy had the great joy of attending her oldest son’s wedding in August 2025. This brought a huge smile to her face. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara and Ivan Wheaton, and her brother, William Wheaton.
She is survived by her sister Sally Boldman (John), sister-in-law Joann Wheaton, son Thomas Hume, daughter-in-law Juliette Foxx-Hume, son Timothy Hume (Denise VanNoord)

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 10th, 2026, at 4:00pm, at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street, Holland, MI 49423, with an hour visitation prior.
