Kenneth Harrington

Ken Harrington of Holland Michigan died Thursday, July 2 at Holland Hospital. He was 75 years old. Ken is survived by his wife of 53 years Suzan Harrington as well as his daughter Kendra Harrington and her husband Troy Woodard of Schoolcraft Michigan. Ken’s final days were spent in and out of nursing homes and hospitals with his loved ones by his side. He leaves his family with fond memories of traveling the 50 states, visiting Disney World many times, and holidays spent together. He also enjoyed trips to South Haven to eat at his favorite restaurant Clementine’s as well as frequent visits to Ludington and to Amish Country. He will be remembered as a loving and generous husband and father who put his family above all else. Those wishing to make a contribution in his memory may select a charity of their choice. The family is holding a private burial and is planning a celebration of life at a time to be determined. Arrangements are by the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel.
