OLIVE TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 27, 2026) – Dealing with issues concerning Ottawa County will be a collaborative effort.
That was the thrust of last week’s Visioning for Growth Summit held at the Pigeon Creek Golf Course in West Olive. County Administrator Patrick Waterman led the lengthy session in which more than 120 local leaders and policymakers attended.
Municipal units will be asked to help form a 24ward Vision Task Force to address issues such as housing, infrastructure, groundwater availability, transportation, farmland preservation, and more. This group is slated to begin its work early next year.
